Poor customer service, over priced, AND lost my film. Do not waste your money or time with this atrocious business.

Worst possible high-resolution" scan of the decade! The shadows added into frame that make the images completely unusable and trash worthy. It is outrages to be charged full price for something that an iPhone would scan at significantly better quality."

Friendly country manner

My film has been in the shop for almost three months. No updates, no reason for it to take so long, I’ve been incredibly patient and understanding and have been met with nothing but rudeness. I paid over $300 just to get film from my wedding developed (more expensive than the cameras!). The owners clearly don’t care about their business or their customers. Pathetic.

Wanted to get printout of a photo. Even after making the requirements clear after many wrong prints, they got it wrong again the end. Very expensive too.

It literally took over a month for my films to get developed because they develop it in batches. Film looked super grainy and washed out. Some of them you can barely make out what is in the film. I’m spewing because there was film from Japan :(Definitely should’ve waited until I went to Perth next to develop them there.

Would not recommend this business. Bought a universal camera charger that I realised was faulty when I went to use. It looked second hand when I got out of the box and I paid top price for it. $70. When I went to return the item the owners became defensive, aggressive and adament they weren't going to process return. They said nothing was wrong with it first up. Hadn't even looked at it yet. After 15 mins in store or so showing them multiple times that product was faulty they reluctantly processed return. I did not like this place as the owners made me feel very uncomfortable, uneasy and like I was making the fault with the product up. Would not recommend.

Good value in photo framing and good customer service.
